The NI PCI-6132, PCI-6133, PXI-6132, and PXI-6133 data acquisition devices deliver simultaneous-sampling, high-throughput capabilities for data acquisition and control systems requiring high-channel counts.
In warp mode, these devices can sample up to 3 MS/s per channel. When using warp mode, you must provide an external clock to the analog input. This external clock can come from an external device or from one of the onboard counters on the module itself. Download the NI LabVIEW example below that demonstrates warp mode for NI 6132 and NI 6133 devices.
These devices are ideal for many applications, such as high-speed continuous data logging; stimulus/response measurements requiring synchronization between analog input, analog output, digital I/O, and counter/timer operations; ultrasound; and dynamic strain applications. These modules are also effective for applications that require more than one channel and higher throughput per channel than a multiplexed architecture can provide.
