Ordering Items in Your Quote
You can order the items listed in your quote online or by contacting the NI sales team.
Online Orders
Ordering online is the fast, convenient way to purchase the items listed in your quote. To order, open the quote online and select the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
You can reference your purchase order in the cart for billing purposes. If credit cards are supported in your country, this is indicated as an option in the cart and checkout.
Editing or Renewing Your Quote Online
If you created your quote online, you can edit or renew it online. You can also copy an expired quote into a new quote to edit it. To edit, renew, or copy a quote, open the quote online and look for the relevant link within the "Quote Options" section of the page.
NOTE: Any modifications to a quote updates all line items to the current price.
Hardware Quotes and the Standard Service Program
Most NI hardware is offered with a 1, 3, or 5 year
service program. Many customers choose 3 years of standard service, so most quotes include this by default. To change the options or remove the program, contact
quotes@ni.com.
Quote Pricing
The prices listed in your quote are guaranteed for the duration of the quote. Online prices may change, but the prices on the quote are locked at the time the quote is created and will not change for the duration of the quote.
Taxes
Most quotes do not include taxes or duties. Taxes and duties are calculated at the time you place your order and are reflected on your billing invoice.

NI Shipping Options
The shipping method for an order varies depending upon the country the order is shipping to and the warehouse where the order is processed. You select the shipping method when you place the order.
Typically, NI utilizes DHL, Fedex, or UPS for shipping. NI offers free standard shipping for all countries. NI also offers an expedited shipping option for some countries, which includes an additional fee.
