Signal Generator (Version 2.0.4) by EisenMATION is not only a simple analog signal generator but also a good diagnostic tool.

Only NI data acquisition devices can be used for signal output.

NI Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX) and NI-DAQmx drivers have to be installed on your computer. At least NI-DAQmx Version 9.8 is recommended.

For the software installation and first run, you need administration rights on your computer.

With the signal modulation from different signal forms (for example, sine and sawtooth wave) featuring different frequencies (various spectra to a first harmonic frequency), this signal generator may be a helpful tool for analyzing the butterfly curve of a piezo stack among other applications. For this example, the signal generator provides the control input of the power amplifier with the corresponding control voltage.

Also, you can load an arbitrary signal as an ASCII file that was previously designed with another program (for example, The MathWorks, Inc. MATLAB® software or Excel).

You can customize this program to your needs, such as adding other data formats and adding or modifying processes or analyses.
