The Aztera LabLinkUSB provides the interface between NI LabVIEW software and Silicon Labs HID USB APIs for controlling USB devices. It features a VI library with function palettes for LabVIEW, so you can use the human interface device (HID) capability built into all Microsoft Windows OSs. This allows LabVIEW programs to interface to USB devices without requiring the cost and effort of custom device drivers, which must be certified and registered with Microsoft.
The LabLinkUSB package includes the following:
-Super Open: Establishes the device-to-HID connection
-Super Report: Handles all bidirectional device-to-HID transactions
-Super Close: Terminates the device-to-HID connection
Blinky Explorer: Take advantage of a free demo of LabVIEW controlling a Silicon Labs USB MCU with LabLinkUSB and built-in Windows HID support.
Start Exploring: Use this feature to understand USB interfacing. Super Easy, Super Test, and Super Commands demonstrate simple programming with the Super VIs.
HID USB Explorer: Explore in an in-depth, hands-on manner the HID USB interface as an aid in developing and testing programs.
