NI PXI无线IC (RFIC)测试系统包含用户需要的重要仪器，能够对功率放大器、收发器、IF接收器、RF前端、调制器/解调器和其它RFIC设备进行完整的特征记述。系统中，6.6 GHz矢量信号分析仪(VSA)和6.6 GHz矢量信号生成器(VSG)可捕捉或生成常用RF标准（ZigBee、WLAN、WiMAX……），源测量单元(SMU)适合常用DC参数测量（开路/短路、泄漏测试），高速数字I/O能够借助常用通信协议（SPI、I2C、JTAG）在RFIC上捕捉或生成数字基带或控制测试模式，您可根据需要添加数字化仪、时钟源、功率计和其它RF设备。

NI PXI无线IC (RFIC)测试系统解决方案向用户提供所需仪器，在RFIC设备上进行误差矢量幅度(EVM)、载波泄漏、频偏等常见测量，并创建自定义调试方案（AM、FM、PM、ASK、FSK、MSK、GMSK、PSK、QPSK、PAM、QAM）。结合NI LabVIEW软件的这个方法可快速自定义用户系统，继而引入特定测量帮助用户对无线IC进行特征记述。借助NI系统工程师编写的实例程序快速启动并运行，实现设计特征记述中至关重要的常见测量。
