500 MHz, 32-Channel RF Multiplexer Switch Module for SCXI—The SCXI‑1193 is a high-density RF relay module. It can be programmatically configured as an unterminated multiplexer, an externally terminated multiplexer, or a dimensionally flexible sparse matrix. The SCXI‑1193 module is designed to integrate with high-frequency instruments such as the PXI Arbitrary Waveform Generator and the PXI Oscilloscope.
