National Instruments quadrature encoders offer precise feedback and easy mounting for NEMA 23 and 34 size stepper motors from NI. The encoders offer resolution of 1,000 cycles per revolution and emit 1,000 A and B index pulses and one Z index pulse for every rotation of the motor. The encoders use an integral bearing set and flexible mounting to offer high tolerance for axial misalignment or radial shaft run-out.
