The National Instruments MID-7652 provides 2-axis control of a DC-brush servo motor from an NI 7344 controller. All required motion drive and motion I/O signals are conveniently routed through these units, providing all of the features of a universal motion interface (UMI) wiring module with the enhancements of a powered motor driver in a single product. A single shielded cable connects the MID power drives to the motion controller, providing the pathway for all motor commands as well as motion I/O, control, and feedback signals.
