Although we strongly recommend that you attend our instructor-led classroom courses, we realize that this may not always be possible. National Instruments course kits package the course manual, exercise manual, and software exercises used in our hands-on courses, so you can review the course materials at home and at your own pace.
Should you later decide to register for the corresponding instructor-led course, you can deduct the price of the course kit from the classroom registration free within 90 days of your course kit purchase.
The LabVIEW FPGA Course Kit contains training materials for designing, debugging, and implementing efficient, optimized applications using the LabVIEW FPGA Module and reconfigurable I/O (RIO) hardware. You learn how to compile and deploy your VIs to different types of NI targets, such as NI R Series multifunction RIO, CompactRIO, NI FlexRIO, and NI RIO instruments. You develop applications to learn to acquire digital and analog I/O, control loop timing, and pass data between your host VI and your FPGA target.
NOTE: Outside an instructor-led classroom environment, you may not have the hardware and software required by the exercise procedures. If you do not have the required hardware and software, you might encounter exercises that do not behave as intended or exercises you may not be able to complete. For help troubleshooting, you can browse ni.com/support or contact your local branch for technical support if you have the Standard Service Program (SSP).
