These power supplies deliver external power to the NI WSN gateways or measurement nodes.
For measurement nodes and the WSN-9791 Ethernet Gateway, you can use the desktop power supply (pictured). Requiring a 100 to 240 VAC, input, the desktop power supply (pictured) provides 12 VDC, 1.25 A (maximum), and 15 W power to the device. The desktop supply is rated for 0 to 70 °C operating temperatures, and the power connector is a 3.5 mm, two-position MINI-COMBICON connector. You must purchase region-specific power cords for the desktop supply separately.
For the NI 9792 Programmable gateway, you can use the PS-15 (for more industrial applications) or the PS-3 (for desktop applications). You can also use the PS-15 for the WSN-9791 Ethernet gateway in industrial situations.
The PS-15 is a DIN-rail-mountable, 24-28 VDC, 5A power supply. The PS-15 supply accepts single phase 115/230VAC input and delivers full 120W output between -25 and +60°C.
The PS-3 is a 13.8VDC, 55W supply that accepts 90-264VAC inputs.
