The NI 3100RT industrial controller is an embedded fanless controller with support for LabVIEW Real-Time and a wide range of expansion options to other LabVIEW Real-Time platforms including NI CompactRIO, NI deterministic expansion I/O, and NI plug-in data acquisition devices. With no moving parts, it features a 1.06 GHz Intel Celeron M processor with 1 GB DDR 2 memory and a 1 GB solid-state drive (SSD). The rugged, single-core controller provides expansion to other NI hardware through Ethernet, MXI-Express for remote PXI systems, and a PCI board through a half-length PCI or PCI Express slot.
