The NI ENET-9163 is a single module C Series carrier that provides standard 10/100 Mbps Ethernet connectivity back to a host PC. NI C Series modules offer direct sensor connections and built-in signal conditioning for a variety of measurements, including temperature, strain, acceleration, current, and voltage. You can use the modules interchangeably for a variety of measurement and control applications across several platforms, including CompactRIO, NI CompactDAQ, and a single module USB carrier. You may purchase ENET-9163 carriers and C Series modules separately or together as ENET-9xxx devices. See the C Series Module Compatibility Chart under the Resources tab for a complete list of C Series modules and supported carriers.
Synchronization
You can synchronize an ENET-9xxx with other devices by using two onboard individually programmable digital trigger lines to export or import sample clocks, start triggers, pause triggers, and reference triggers.
