The NI WLS-9215 Wi-Fi data acquisition (DAQ) device includes four channels of simultaneously sampled voltage inputs with 16-bit accuracy to provide minimal phase delay when scanning multiple channels. With both screw-terminal and BNC connector options, the WLS-9215 is designed for flexible and low-cost signal wiring. You can synchronize a WLS-9215 with other devices by using two onboard individually programmable digital trigger lines to export or import sample clocks, start triggers, pause triggers, and reference triggers. In addition, channel-to-earth isolation and calibration traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards provide safety and accuracy for high-quality sensor measurements.
NI Wi-Fi Data Acquisition
NI Wi-Fi data acquisition (DAQ) devices combine IEEE 802.11g wireless or Ethernet communication; direct sensor connectivity; and the flexibility of NI LabVIEW software for remote monitoring of electrical, physical, mechanical, and acoustical signals. With built-in signal conditioning and the highest commercially available network security, NI Wi-Fi DAQ devices stream data in real time for easy-to-use, high-performance remote measurements.
NI-DAQmx Measurement Services Software
NI-DAQmx driver and measurement services software provides easy-to-use configuration and programming interfaces with features such as the DAQ Assistant and automatic code generation to help reduce development time. Every Wi-Fi DAQ device also includes a copy of LabVIEW SignalExpress LE software so you can quickly acquire, analyze, and present data without programming.
¹ NI-DAQmx 8.8 (and later) provides support for NI LabVIEW 7.1, 8.2, 8.5, 8.6, and later.
National Instruments designs and manufactures all products to minimize failures, however unexpected failures can still occur. Extended warranties provide a fixed economical price at the time of system purchase, covering any repair costs for up to three years. In addition, they offer the following benefits:
Significant cost savings compared to individual repair incidents
Fault location, diagnostics, and repair by NI any time the system product fails
All parts and labor costs covered as well as any adjustments needed to restore the hardware to manufacturing specifications
NI recognizes the need to maintain properly calibrated devices for high-accuracy measurements. NI provides manual calibration procedures, services to recalibrate your products, and automated calibration software to calibrate many NI measurement products.
Return your registered product under warranty at no additional labor and parts cost. NI offers fault location, diagnostics, and repair any time the system fails as well as any adjustments needed to restore the hardware to manufacturing specifications.
NI now has over 50 C Series modules for your NI CompactDAQ, CompactRIO, or single module carrier. Several of these modules are also supported by other platforms including USB, Ethernet, or Wi-Fi (802.11).
