The National Instruments PXIe-6672 is a system timing controller module for PXI Express. The NI PXIe-6672 features the ability to drive the PXI star trigger lines, import and export PXI backplane clocks and triggers, generate a high-resolution DC to 105 MHz DDS clock, and generate a high-stability TCXO 10 MHz reference clock (1 ppm stability) for instrumentation. With these NI PXIe-6672 features, you can synchronize multiple PXI Express systems together, synchronize a PXI Express system with external instruments and equipment, and increase the accuracy of instruments within a PXI Express system.
