National Instruments Standard System Service provides the fastest, easiest way to get your new NI CompactRIO or Compact FieldPoint system up and running. Trained NI technicians install the hardware and any required driver software and configure the system to your specifications. NI delivers the configured system to you, so you can get started using it right out of the box. This reduces your setup and development time and saves you money.

Additional Features
Because NI assembles and tests your system, NI is able to offer a full three-year warranty on all system components. NI also includes three years of calibration for all system modules that require regular calibration.

With NI Standard System Service, you receive a custom documentation portfolio with your hardware that provides valuable information on your specific system including:

  • Getting-started diagram
  • Detailed list of the system components including serial numbers and board-level part numbers
  • Data sheets with information about each module, including specifications and wiring diagrams
  • List of technical support options for your system
  • Official calibration certificates for each module that requires calibration
  • Specifications and certifications for your system including oil and gas and power consumption

    When you order NI Standard System Service, you receive a special part number reference for your system called the configuration ID. This means you can order systems identical to the original system later by using the configuration ID, saving you money when deploying multiple identical systems.
