Add the National Instruments Motion Control Option to the NI Developer Suite Core Package to design a motion application in an interactive environment and deploy that application by converting the project into C code for any C compiler, or into NI LabVIEW VIs. NI Motion Assistant works with NI motion controllers for blended trajectory control and fully coordinated circular, linear, point-to-point, gearing, and vector-space control. Take advantage of the NI Motion Assistant patent-pending smart contouring functionality with an API that you can call from C, Visual Basic, or LabVIEW. Smart contouring is useful in metalworking and CNC-type applications where the machine needs to trace a different contour every time.
The NI Motion Control Option requires the NI Developer Suite Core Package and includes NI Motion Assistant.
