The National Instruments PXIe-8103 is a high-performance Pentium M 760-based embedded controller for PXI Express and CompactPCI Express systems. The Pentium M architecture provides higher mobile performance than Mobile Pentium 4 processors but at lower clock rates. The performance of the NI PXIe-8103 is equivalent to that of a 3.0 GHz Pentium 4 system. The controller is ideal for applications requiring intensive analysis or system development. An NI PXIe-8103 embedded controller in a PXI Express chassis offers a compact, rugged, high-performance PC platform for modular instrumentation and data acquisition applications.
