The National Instruments APS-4100 is an auxiliary power source for NI PXI-4110 programmable power supply modules. When the PXI backplane power source is not sufficient for a power supply module, you can use the NI APS-4100 as an auxiliary power source to drive the outputs of the power supply module. The APS-4100 comes terminated with a 2-pin connector that mates to the front of the PXI-4110 module, making it easy to connect to the system. The output of the auxiliary power source is 12 V and up to 5 A or 60 W. Input power can range from 100 to 240 VAC and 47 to 63 Hz, making it suitable for use around the world.
