For applications requiring high-power or extended duration switching, field relay replacement is often a necessity to avoid system downtime. While the Axicom IM42GR relay has an excellent mechanical lifetime rating of 100 million cycles, it can derate to as low as 10 thousand cycles at full-power loads. So field replacement should be considered. This relay kit includes 10 Axicom IM42GR replacement relays that can be used on several NI switch modules: PXI-2527, PXI-2568, PXI-2569, PXI-2570, PXI-2575, SCXI-1169, and SCXI-1175. When used in conjunction with the relay count tracking feature found on NI PXI and SCXI switch modules, this replacement kit can provide a solution for preventive maintenance on the switching system with minimal downtime.
