The National Instruments TB-2708 provides direct SMB connectivity to the PXI-6115 and PXI-6120 simultaneous-sampling DAQ modules. The SMB connectors provide direct access to four analog inputs, two analog outputs, analog or digital trigger lines, onboard counters, or programmable synchronization lines. Each analog input goes to a dedicated analog-to-digital converter to preserve the phase relationship between different channels and increase overall data throughput. In addition to the nine SMB connectors, you can also use the MFIT-Pigtail cable to an auxiliary connector for access to other onboard counters and digital I/O lines.

PXI-6115 and PXI-6120
The PXI-6115 features deep onboard memory with simultaneous-sampling rates up to 10 MS/s per channel. Each of the four analog input channels digitizes with 12-bit resolution, input ranges up to ±42 V and built-in antialiasing filters.

The PXI-6120 also features deep onboard memory with 16-bit simultaneous sampling at rates up to 1 MS/s per channel. With input ranges up to ±42 V and built-in antialiasing filters the PXI-6120 is accurate for both DC and dynamic signals with as much as 95 dB of spurious-free dynamic range and as little as 39 µV of noise.
