To help with your machine vision and scientific imaging applications that require more than one Camera Link camera, National Instruments offers the NI PCIe-1430 image acquisition board for two base-configuration Camera Link cameras. The two channels on the NI PCIe-1430 are completely independent, which means you can acquire from two different cameras asynchronously. For instance, you can acquire from an area-scan camera and a line-scan camera at the same time. Or you can acquire from a visible light camera and a near-infrared camera concurrently. For applications that require triggering and synchronization beyond the single trigger on the NI PCIe-1430, you can use the Camera Link I/O Extension Board, which expands the triggering options for the NI PCIe-1430 as well as adds isolation and camera power.
You need a cable to transmit signals between your device and an external camera.
