The National Instruments Compact FieldPoint Academic Bundle caters to the distributed I/O needs of control design students and researchers. The bundle includes the cFP-2020 embedded controller, cFP-BP-8 backplane, a power supply, NI LabVIEW, and the LabVIEW Real-Time Module. Using LabVIEW Real-Time, you can develop powerful data-logging, control, and measurement systems on your PC and easily embed your application on the National Instruments cFP-2020 intelligent controller for reliable distributed or stand-alone deployment. You can embed all the intelligence, advanced control, and analysis capabilities of LabVIEW in a small, modular package suitable for industrial environments. The NI cFP-2020 features an Ethernet port, four serial ports, removable CompactFlash storage, and extended DRAM memory for larger and more advanced applications.
