SCXI-1321 |
If you are using strain gauge transducers with the SCXI-1121. you can add offset nulling and shunt calibration capability to your system with the SCXI-1321 terminal block. With a trimming potentiometer located on the front panel of the SCXI-1321, you can manually null out the offset voltage of bridge transducers. Each channel includes shunt calibration circuits, controllable as a group from software. When activated, a switch connects a 301 k Ohm shunt resistor (Rcal) in parallel with the strain gauge, as shown in Figure 4. Both the nulling resistor (Rnull) and the shunt resistor (Rcal) are socketed, so you can easily change their values to adjust the nulling range and shunt value. Extended WarrantiesNational Instruments designs and manufactures all products to minimize failures, but we know unexpected failures can still occur. Extended warranties provide a fixed economical price at the time of system purchase covering any repair costs for up to three years.
CalibrationNI recognizes the need to maintain properly calibrated devices for high-accuracy measurements. We provide manual calibration procedures, services to recalibrate your products, and automated calibration software to calibrate many of our measurement products. TrainingNI training is the fastest, most certain route to productivity with NI tools and successful application development.
