NI PXI-CAN modules use the Philips SJA1000 CAN Controller for advanced functionality such as listen-only, self-reception (echo), and advanced filtering modes and new transceivers for sleep/wakeup mode support. Each CAN interface is shipped with NI-CAN device driver software. You can synchronize CAN, DAQ, vision, and motion boards using the PXI trigger bus. PXI-846x Series 2 modules are designed to work with LabVIEW Real-Time for deterministic control applications.
