A National Instruments USB-232/2 interface transforms your Universal Serial Bus (USB) port into two asynchronous ports for communication with RS232 devices. The NI USB-232/2 interface is shipped with NI-Serial driver software for Windows 2000/XP. You can use USB-232 ports as standard serial ports from your existing applications or with applications written with NI-VISA.
