Data Sheet

NI VirtualBench combines data acquisition, analysis, and presentation into an easy-to-use software package for NI data acquisition hardware. The VirtualBench Suite includes 10 ready-to-run virtual instruments (oscilloscope, dynamic signal analyzer, arbitrary waveform generator, digital multimeter, function generator, data logger, counter, logic analyzer, waveform editor, and device calibrator). Most of the instruments in the VirtualBench Suite are sold separately as well. You use VirtualBench instruments just as you would stand-alone instruments, but you benefit from the processing, display, and storage capabilities of your desktop or notebook computer. VirtualBench instruments load and save waveform data to disk in a format that you can use in popular spreadsheet programs and word processors. A report-generation capability complements the raw data storage by adding timestamps, measurements, user names, and comments. You can also print waveforms and instrument configuration settings.
