NI PCI-CAN/XS2

The NI PCI-CAN/XS2 is a two-port transceiver-selectable Controller Area Network (CAN) interface designed for communicating with high-speed, low-speed, or single-wire CAN devices. You select the appropriate transceiver for each port in a configuration utility or in the application. NI CAN interfaces for PCI use the Philips SJA1000 CAN controller for advanced functionality such as listen-only, self-reception (echo), and advanced filtering modes and new transceivers for sleep/wakeup mode. NI ships each CAN interface with NI-CAN device driver software. You can synchronize CAN, data acquisition, vision, and motion boards using the RTSI bus. All NI CAN interfaces are designed to meet the physical and electrical requirements for in-vehicle (automotive) networks based on CAN.
