The National Instruments VXI-PXI801x kits link a PXI system directly to the VXIbus using the high-speed MXI-2 bus. The NI VXI-PXI801x kits make your computer perform as though it were plugged directly into the VXI backplane, giving your external computer the capability of an embedded computer.
