The NI PCI-6624 offers eight 32-bit counter/timers with channel-to-channel optical isolation for input and output signals up to 48 VDC. You can perform a wide variety of counter/timer tasks with the PCI-6624, including event counting, time period/frequency measurement, quadrature encoder position measurement, pulse width measurement, pulse generation, and pulse train generation. Example applications also include generation of retriggerable pulses, two-signal edge separation measurements, continuous buffered event counting, and continuous buffered pulse train measurements. The PCI-6624 board offers superior industrially rugged features for a wide array of applications such as automotive/aerospace, industrial/motion control, and manufacturing test.
