Fieldbus Bridge

With the stand-alone National Instruments FBUS-HSE/H1 linking device, you can couple two FOUNDATION Fieldbus H1 segments to a FOUNDATION Fieldbus HSE network. You can use this device for controlling and/or monitoring multiple H1 segments, thus building high-performance integrated H1/HSE applications in areas such as manufacturing, refinery, chemical, and pharmaceutical plants. Using this device, engineers can implement an open architecture for incorporating information into a process automation system. This integrated approach is ideal for large process automation plants because engineers can perform temperature, level, and flow control, which requires multiple H1 transitioning devices connected through a commercial off-the-shelf Ethernet network.
