Important Note: For new designs, National Instruments recommends the cFP-DI-301 and cFP-DI-304.

The National Instruments FP-DI-301 module features 16 sinking digital input channels. Each channel is compatible with 24 VDC signals. Each channel has an LED to indicate the channel on/off state. The module features 2,300 Vrms transient isolation between the output channels and the backplane. You can use these digital input modules to sense the state of a variety of discrete devices -- proximity and limit switches, pushbutton switches, thermostat outputs, relays and power circuits. To make installation and setup easier the NI FP-DI-301 features HotPnP (plug and play) operation so it is automatically detected and identified by the configuration software.
