The National Instruments PCI-6120 simultaneous sampling multifunction data acquisition (DAQ) board features a dedicated analog-to-digital converter (ADC) per channel for maximum device throughput and higher multichannel accuracy. This board is accurate for both DC and dynamic signals with as much as 95 dB of spurious-free dynamic range and as little as 39 µV of noise. Each input channel, which has a 100 kHz antialiasing filter to improve frequency-domain analysis, can be disabled from software for transient and pulse measurements. The 64 MS of onboard memory delivers reliable data streaming with half of the memory dedicated to analog input and the other half dedicated to analog output. With 1 MS/s per-channel sampling rates, eight input ranges from ±0.2 to ±42 V, two 16-bit analog outputs, two 24-bit counter/timers, and eight general-purpose digital I/O lines, the NI PCI-6120 can be used in a variety of applications.
Some examples include: - 42 V automotive applications - Transient and ballistics measurements - Radar, sonar, ultrasound - High-energy physics - IF digitization
Enable Warp Mode to Achieve Maximum Sampling Rates PCI-6120 analog inputs sample up to 800 kS/s using the onboard sample clock, or can sample up to 1 MS/s using one of the onboard counters or an external reference as the sample clock. Download the NI LabVIEW example from the Resources tab to enable warp mode and achieve the maximum sampling rates.
Application Software With LabVIEW graphical development software, you can create custom data acquisition applications with the ease of graphical programming and the power of more than 500 analysis functions. NI S Series DAQ devices are compatible with the following versions (or later) of NI application software - LabVIEW 7.x, LabWindows™/CVI 7.x, Measurement Studio 7.x, LabVIEW SignalExpress 1.x, or LabVIEW with the LabVIEW 7.1 Real-Time Module.

National Instruments designs and manufactures all products to minimize failures, however unexpected failures can still occur. Extended warranties provide a fixed economical price at the time of system purchase, covering any repair costs for up to three years. In addition, they offer the following benefits:
Significant cost savings compared to individual repair incidents
Fault location, diagnostics, and repair by NI any time the system product fails
All parts and labor costs covered as well as any adjustments needed to restore the hardware to manufacturing specifications
NI recognizes the need to maintain properly calibrated devices for high-accuracy measurements. NI provides manual calibration procedures, services to recalibrate your products, and automated calibration software to calibrate many NI measurement products.
Return your registered product under warranty at no additional labor and parts cost. NI offers fault location, diagnostics, and repair any time the system fails as well as any adjustments needed to restore the hardware to manufacturing specifications.
