The National Instruments cFP-DO-410 module features eight sourcing digital output channels. Each channel is electronically fused to protect against short circuits and wiring errors. Over-current errors light an LED on the module and create an alarm that can be monitored in software. Each channel is compatible with voltages from 5 to 30 VDC and can source up to 1 A per channel. Each channel has an LED to indicate the channel on/off state. The module features 2300 V transient isolation between the output channels and the backplane. To make installation and setup easier the NI cFP-DO-410 features HotPnP (plug and play) operation and is automatically detected and identified by the configuration software.
