You can access NI applications engineers via phone and e-mail for answers to your technical support questions. You also receive exclusive access to free, on-demand training modules through the Services Resource Center. SSP for LabWindows/CVI is less expensive than an individual upgrade, and is easier to budget as a yearly expense than upgrades.
