The NI GPIB-1014P is a low-cost IEEE 488 interface for the VMEbus. This interface controls IEEE 488-compatible instruments from a VMEbus-based computer using programmed I/O data transfers. The electrical, timing, and mechanical characteristics of the National Instruments GPIB interface for VMEbus conform to both the IEEE 1014 VMEbus and the IEEE 488 standards.
