National Instruments LabVIEW is a graphical development environment used to design flexible and scalable measurement and control systems. The patented dataflow programming reduces development time, while delivering the flexibility of a powerful programming language. The LabVIEW Real-Time Module extends LabVIEW to create reliable, deterministic applications. The LabVIEW FPGA Module extends LabVIEW to design custom hardware using NI reconfigurable I/O devices. With either module, you can develop on a Windows host computer, and then compile and download LabVIEW code to a dedicated real-time or FPGA target.
