CalcExpress is a toolkit to perform textual scripts and solve formulas. Scripts and formulas are text streams, which can be obtained from any source (a control, file, network, etc.) at runtime. CalcExpress makes it possible to control VIs from a script and share data between scripts and VIs. CalcExpress is open for extension, e.g. it allows creating custom functions (implemented as VIs) of any complexity and call them from scripts and formulas.
