Receiving Error when accessing properties of a Serial Device through a USB Serial Adapter I’m using a third party serial device via a third party USB Serial adapter. I am able to configure and communicate with it under hyper-terminal. When testing the device in MAX, I am unable to change items such as the Baud Rate and Parity Bits.
