Internal Error When Launching HiQ on Windows 2000
When I launch HiQ (4.1 Update 1 or 4.5d) on a Windows 2000 machine, I get Internal Error 0x8F63ADC7. If I log in as an administrator, I do not get this error.

Command (Explorer) Window Disappeared in HiQ
I docked my Command (Explorer) Window in HiQ in such a way that it is no longer visible. I looked at the View » Command Window option, and it is still checked. Unfortunately, the window is still invisible.
