I am developing an application which relies on calls to IVI libraries, or running programs which do, and am receiving error -1074130432. The error message states that the IVIConfigurationStore XML file could not be deserialized. What is causing this error?

IVI-Engine Does Not Work For Guest or Non-Administrator Accounts Under Windows 2000
The IVI Engine will fail to load when guests or non-administrators are logged onto Windows 2000. The problem is that guests and non-administrators do not have read and write access to the registry key that IVI is trying to access.

The LabWINDOWS/CVI Be_acps Instrument Driver Needs to Have Delays Inserted after Ibwrt and Ibrd Function Calls.
Problem: I have a fast computer and my instrument driver does not seem to keep up. Solution: It looks like the Be_acps power supply driver can't keep up. Therefore, extra delays need to be inserted into the code. There are wrappers around the ibwrt and ibrd functions.
