Using an External Clock with the SC-2040
Problem: How do I use an external clock with the SC-2040? Solution: You can route the external clock to PFI2 to act as the STARTSCAN signal. Note that the internal STARTSCAN signal comes from PFI7. If you want to use an external clock, you cannot use PFI7 as it is reserved.

Problem: What Does the 10 kHz Bandwidth of the 5B41 Module Mean? Solution: Bandwidth refers to the frequency range (DC to 10 kHz in your case) of signals that are acquired without attenuation. Therefore, the 5B41 Module has a low pass filter which removes any frequencies above 10 kHz.
