마이크로게이트 - 모션과 비전을 이용한 자동 측정장비
이 시스템은 웨이퍼(Wafer) 상태로 있는 소자의 전기적 특성을 평가하는 장비로써 6인치 웨이퍼를 사용할 경우 웨이퍼 1장에 15,000개의 소자가 있기 때문에 수동으로 측정하는 데는 무리가 따른다. 물론 현재는 테스트 단계이기 때문에 2,000개 정도이다.
